Omkarasana or pranasana

OMKARASANA OR PRANASANA -it is a difficult , strenous and an advance asana .

It is good  for abdominal organs like liver, pancreas, small & large intestine , it strengthen nervous system .it cures  arthritis, hyperacidity, asthma, bronchitis, constipation. It maintains good physical & mental discipline , if you practice this asana.

Purna matsyendrasana

My yogacharya performing purna matsyendrasana , this asana is good twisting posture , your total abdomen along with your back also will be twisted , with folding of your leg. Its good for all stomach related problems .its one of the important asana for diabetic people. Should perform it daily without leaving their medication.

Guru pournima celebrations

The program has at 5:30 pm by om kara then guru slokas, gayatri mantra & meditation . Csr prabhu,  narayandas, sudharshan, murthy & brij bushan pourhit ji . The program went upto 8:00 pm. All the pupils were given 1 coconut , fruits by our yogacharyas .
