Omkarasana or pranasana

OMKARASANA OR PRANASANA -it is a difficult , strenous and an advance asana .

It is good  for abdominal organs like liver, pancreas, small & large intestine , it strengthen nervous system .it cures  arthritis, hyperacidity, asthma, bronchitis, constipation. It maintains good physical & mental discipline , if you practice this asana.
